Yiwei and Jarrod have been operating short term rentals in Cincinnati since 2019. After years of operations, Yiwei and Jarrod have developed their method of management and systems to deliver passive, above market revenue to their management clients while protecting the properties.
As real estate investors themselves, they understand both the investment side and the hospitality mindset.
Yiwei leads the hospitality and is also a licensed Realtor specializing in short term rental purchases. Jarrod leads operations after working more than 15 years in manufacturing operations.
